    Age verification (no German ID) Subscription paid


      Hi, I signed up for Sky ticket and it requires age verification but I do not have a German ID.

      So I called the number got a ticket telling me to go to the post office to verify my age I DID THAT. The money for the ticket subscription has already been taken from my card. I tried to: 1. login (see if it works) - could not (tried to press Forgot Details -  no email came to change pin or such., 2. tried to make a new one (worried that I will have to pay again) - but they said we already have this account, 3. there is no contact number and they only have an email address for issues.

      I have been trying the contact numbers without any progress. Is someone able to assist me in starting the alternative process to prove my age, Please?
