Dear Sky Team,
It's been already three weeks since the registration on Sky Ticket and I still can't access its content. It took more than two weeks only to be able to do the Age Verification process what for me is a complete absurd.
Honestly, I don't want it anymore and for lack of better place I'm asking for the cancelation here. So please, I would like to proceed with the cancelation of the contract. Also, I would like a full refund of the amount already paid since I never had the chance to use it.
How can we proceed?
