Login with your username, not your email address & remove old devices . The new SkyGo recognises your subscription via your username. This worked for me:
Uninstall the SkyGo App
Reinstall the SkyGo App
When it asks for sign in: sign in with your USERNAME not your email address.
Go to Home - Settings - Manage Devices
Check if you have a free available slot. If not remove a device or all devices.
Now go to play something.
