Nach neuem Vertrag bzw. Vertragsverlängerung (Entertain/Cinema) Abruf von Serien und vielen Filmen nicht möglich. Wer kann helfen?

Welche Fehlermeldung kommt den? Nicht gebucht oder technisches Problem z.B.?
