Bild eingefroren nach Sky Q Update

Hallo

Hab jetzt seit zwei Tagen das Sky Q Update und hatte schon zweimal das Problem, das das Bild eingefroren ist bei Sky on Demand nachdem ich Zurückgespult habe um eine Szene nochmal zu sehen.

Receiver war total eingefroren, half nur noch Hard-Reset.

Wer kennt das Problem and an was kann es liegen?

Manchmal liegt das an der Festplatte,
die mal hinten evtl. entfernen (rausziehen), vorher stromlos machen.

Wenn die Probleme weg sind, hat man schon mal einen Ansatzpunkt

hast du den Tipp von herbi100 probiert? Lass uns doch ein kurzes Update da, wie der Stand der Dinge aktuell ist.

Hallo

Leider ist das Problem aktuell nicht mehr aufgetreten.
Ich werd´s probieren falls es wieder auftritt
